What started as a commercial attorney office, sat vacant for close to a decade after a five alarm fire that made the space un-inhabitable.

A Full-Scope Historical Renovation

This project was a complete renovation built up from the studs retaining only the exterior brick facade. The Scope of Work addressed both structural challenges and long-term functionality. Updates include:

  • Brand new plumbing systems
  • Brand new electrical throughout
  • New HVAC systems for efficient climate control
  • Fire sprinkler system installation
  • Structural restoration following extensive floor damage
  • Multiple basement storage integrations

Every detail was considered to bring the building up to modern standards while honoring its historic relevance to the city, located only a stone throw away from the City County Building.

This property gives Knoxville residents a New York City feel. Each floor has its own penthouse style entry through the central building elevator as well as the side building stairwell access to each unit.
